    Default Chesley Lake?

Hey guys, Im new to the site and was wondering if anyone has any info on ice fishing lake chesley. Im actually new to the whole ice fishing thing. Going through close to four months worth of withdraws from the pole, only fishing sparaticaly at best has got my blood flowing for some action. I'm possibly, weather pending going out next friday to the bruce county area and was told this lake is really good for the hardwater. If you have any suggestions or input on another lake close by please feel free to let me know. Oh and another one. Do you really need a fish flasher? Thanks.

Not a real good lake for large fish. Some small walleye and lots of small perch, some pike.

hey greenbird, Chesley lake is not a bad lake but there is much better fishing close by! another 10 minutes north there is Gould lake. It holds perch, walleye, pike and monster bass. And is rarely fished. unlike chesley. fish about 200-300 yards off the point in the lake. Arran lake is also close. It has perch (smaller and fewer this year) and pike, bass of course. just go to the boat launch and walk out 50 yards. easy access and walking. Thats just a few spots but feel free to send me a pm and I can give you some more info. Good luck!
