There are no pike in Oak Lake, just perch, walleye and small mouth. We're not connected to any other lakes other than through the dam at the east end which is flowing out .The lake is spring fed.The fishing is ok and mainly around dusk.
The picture in my avatar is my cottage on Oak Lake.

Kosh sucks under the ice, it has lots of fish but you need a sled and have to pick the lake apart to find them. Oak lake can be fun, and tons of nice lakes in the area from eyes to splake.
That rug really tied the room together

    Have place on Kosh
If there are pike in Oak they should be dealt with as an invasive species, Pike are invasive in the Kawarthas. I doubt they are in there as whitetailseeker noted above.
No Pike in Kosh, just very health Large and Smallmouth as well as Walleye and Muskie, Lots of big musks just terribly hard to find.

Have you ever stopped at blind lake there? Wonder place to catch bass, it's untouched and has been for years, houses very very large bass. It's in between Kosh and Oak lake
