Carbon Taxes (aka Trudeau Fund)

So I just got my gas statement ... $198 ... last year same time $136.

After going through it ... $47 in carbon taxes ... then get this, they charged HST on the carbon tax!
Tax on top of tax! What the???

So basically include HST, Carbon taxes total $53 of the bill ... or 27%!!!

That is crazy!

So maybe I should go back to wood burning ... because I don't pay carbon tax for that ... and it would be so much worse for the environment??? How are we supposed to heat our homes???

What exactly has this tax done to reduce carbon emissions? I'll tell you ... NOTHING, because our emission are worse than 2 years ago!
