Covid lock down fails: Man on death row has tested positive
Here's a head scratcher: Prison should be considered the tightest lockdown one can be in, yet prisoners are getting the virus.
One fella who is on death row, due to be executed 15th of Jan ...has tested positive. How can that happen ??
