New sub-forum in Off Topic needed?

I believe I have what could be an easy solution to a lot of the quibbling and arguing that goes on every year, especially during down time between hunting seasons.
We establish a new area that can only be accessed by any member who has at least hmmmm, let's us say 1000 minimum posts or started 50 different threads.
Anyone else on the site could not access, read, post, or even see who posted there as it would be deemed "private".
Then the " seasoned posters" would be able to duke it out without bothering many other innocent and informative threads or hijacking and twisting them to meet their own agendas.

It's requires a separate access request....not available under your main site membership.
