Laws for thee but not for me

I'm sure most of you heard the story about Trudeau's ties with an insurance company publicly paying him and his family hundreds of thousands of dollars to attend their events as a spokesperson. Then him choosing that company for a $90M bill. Of course with no reprocussions apart from some bad PR and being exposed for the bumbling nincompoop he is on TV. Despite being in direct and knowing violation of conflict of interest laws.

Then there's Trudeua travelling across provincial borders during Thanksgiving weekend to have a family gathering at a private cottage. All while instructing Canadians to stay at home for thanksgiving and cutting off water and electricity for Cottage and summer home owners. I guess he just wanted the highways wide open for him?

Then there's Doug Ford being the sole owner of his family business Deco Labeling. Which manufactures labeling and packaging materials for Amazon among other shipping companies. Which obviously recieved an explosion in profits during the lockdown. I guess Doug lobbied to extend the stay at home order just another week for that one extra paycheck. Funny how everyone stopped talking about conflict of interest laws after Trudeau violated them.

Then of course there's 40% of Alberta health officials travelling abroad for vacation during lockdowns and not quarantining afterwards. This abuse of power obviously isn't restricted to only Alberta.

But I guess us humble mud people should learn our place and just obey :confused: :thumbup: :thumbup:
