Nice - I got a 2lb bag of #2 prague pink curing salt off amazon for $19.95. It is about 1/10 gone after 3 yrs...I didn't realize how little it takes to cure 9lbs of bacon at a time....grams worth.
Probably have 10 yrs left to use it all
I bought a 25kg bag from Canada Compounds about 15 years ago - I think it was about $30.
This is the pre-mixed regular salt and curing salt.
You just use the same amount of this as you would regular salt and it has the curing salt pre-mixed in.
I think my grandkids are going to inherit a lot of it.
