Cheer up: First there came the A- Bomb followed by its bigger brother H- Bomb both noble weapons to rid the earth of mankind and perhaps every other creature. Nuclear Disarmament Treaty after Nuclear Disarmament Treaty has been hatch to do away with these menaces and still they persist. Why should you assume there was to be some quick fix to rid the earth of COVID-19. Perhaps this was another well thought out weapon to achieve a similar end. to that of the nuclear bombs. So instead of going out with a bang. We would end up with lungs laced with viral infection and go out with a whimper. It would seem we can never fully eliminate something that has come into existence. The best we seem to be able to do is formulate some measure of control. Get use to it.
