Can you keep out of season fish from a private pond??

My first guess would be no, but I'm curious. I have permission to take fish out of a few private ponds that were stocked by the owner. I've seen videos of people in the U.S keeping largemouth while ice fishing in their private ponds. I'm wondering if we have the same kind of rules here?

This pond is far from any natural water body and is on private land, stocked with fry that were purchased.

Purchased stock is main thing I was accused of moving small mouth bass into my pond told mnr likely goose moved eggs I don’t know how they got there
