Is the Time Stamp on the forum still on daylight Saving time ?

I noticed that the Time stamp for posts is off an hour. Wondering if that is just mine not adjusting for DST or is it the forum in general ?

Under "My Account" > "General Settings" Ensure that GMT is set for 5:00 EST and automatically adjust for "Daylight Savings"

I tried that but it was still off....so thought I'd ask....it doesn't seem to work on 'auto-detect' for some reason...I just set the DST to off and were OK now..
