In a past issue I read an article for funding that was available for the maintenance of Ontario back roads. There was a criteria that had to be met (multiple users, for hunting /fishing access, etc..) before an application was submitted. I have searched my stack of past OOD and can't seem to find it. Anyone with any info would be appreciated.
