I was 1/2 listening to him blubbering thru some gibberish at noon. Didn't pay enough attention to know that was his resignation speech...he was on the news yesterday denying everything.

So we went from Cuomo murdering 1000s of elderly in nursing homes, to Cuomo resigning over talking dirty and flirting.
Crazy.
