They've made a new statutory holiday for the atrocities committed at residential schools on sept 30th. But here's the kicker, only for federal employees. Imagine being Native with a relative that was probably in one of those schools and the government (who committed the atrocity) wants to give THEMSELVES a day off. You dirty blue-collar mud people keep working LOL.
