Looking to join a hunter/group

Hello all!

Sorry for the long winded post!

Wondering if anyone here goes deer hunting around London, Ontario. Or anywhere within reasonable driving distance. I'm relatively new to hunting (started last year). I started with geese, which I love, and a few weeks ago I harvested a nice black bear. So I've had some success but what I would really liked to do is get into deer.

If you're open to taking on a hunting buddy, hit me up. I met a guy online last year that taught me about duck and goose hunting, and now we're good hunting buddies, so hoping for another win! I'm easy to get along with, and I don't talk too much lol. And of course, I'm still and silent when I need to be. I am proficient with a compound bow and I also have a really accurate slug gun (shotgun).

What I'm really hoping for is to hunt with someone who has permission on private land. Reason is, I've got a bum leg. I can walk a reasonable distance, in and out of a spot, and I can carry a fair amount...no problem. It's the sitting that's the problem for me; I need to be in a ground blind in a comfortable chair. (I have both). I can't do a tree stand; I've tried - it jacks up my leg/back pretty good. So I figure if we had permission somewhere, we could leave my ground blind up a few days before a planned hunt so the deer get used to it being there. Just brush it in and let it sit. It's a huge ground blind so we could hunt out of it together, or apart if you're more a treestand person. I've also been looking for someone to go out with because although I'm confident I could figure it out, I've never field dressed or quartered a deer. That's about it really.
