If You want to know City boundaries,You do it 2 ways.,

Google the City,and match the map with the "real"world layout-like streets ,roads. Easy with Google map.
There will be a clear RED line around both cities-i would never attempt to hunt within those red boundaries.
Or
Send an enquiry to both Cities,and they will give you official maps.
