I remember a few years back a study was done on bass suffering from female hormones that gets flushed down the toilet, down the river and back into the ecosystem. It can't be removed at the sewage plant, same with meth and probably a lot of other drugs.
I wouldn't think it would be high enough levels to get them high or a buzz from the waterways lol.
