I use H4895 for my 270 and like it because I can also use it for the 303 Brit .
Seems Cabelas has none and I checked a few companies on Gun Nutz.

If you can't locate H 4895 you might if you can find any get some decent results from H 335, or possibly H 322. H 322 is a bit slower burning than H 4895, while H355 is a bit faster burning.Quote:

Data for H 322 is a bit hard to find, but for the .303 British, 30 grs is a good place to start. I load a bit down with cast 26.5 - 29.5 grains.
If you can't find H4896 or IMR 4895 (they ARE different but not by much) you can see if Canada Ammo has any of their D4895. It's Canadian made and you use H4895 load data minus 10% and work it up.
Good luck, you are way behind on stock piling powder, we are still a ways away from being able to just grab powder as we need/want it.
