My Hummingbird unit was damaged. I sent the unit to Bay Distributors in North Bay ON, a company authorized by Hummingbird for repairs. Their service manager George was fantastic. The service was prompt- he contacted me first to say what the problem was etc. It is not nice to have your unit damaged and " out of action ".

I too have dealt with them on an off for years. A great bunch of people and George is outstanding. They always manage to fix a problem and I seem to leave happy.
