What's going on with the Gun confiscation under the OIC

What's going on with the Gun confiscation under the OIC ?

I understand some groups are still fighting this but I am unsure as to where it is? When is the government suppose start confiscating them? Can they begin while the OIC is still being challenged?

Court cases started,
federal judge asked for explanation of why OIC was required,
Libs used secrecy act to refuse to send anything to judge,

rest is TBD but dates haven't been changed

It is still a ban, not a confiscation.......YET.
