Cannot establish database connection

I get this pop up on my screen once in awhile when I try to access oodmag.com

Is this an issue on my end or just website maintenance?

Just happened to me twice.

There have been issue with the OOD system in the past.

Likely system maintenance. We're notified if it lasts longer than 5-10 minutes.

In my early years as a DBA I saw messages like that I usually had to reboot the server. I usually didn't tell anyone and just rebooted. If anyone contacted me after the outage I just said must have been a temporary blip of the system :)

Apparently that message appears just before your bank account is frozen...........................
