Best shop in Eastern Ontario/Western Quebec for bow setup?

Thanks to good fortune/generous friend I have replaced my 2008 Hoyt Vectix XL with a year old Mathews bow. I need to have the bow properly tuned/adjusted and it has been some time since I needed to look into quality shops to do so.

Which shop in Eastern Ontario/Western Quebec has the most capable bow set up staff? Driving extra distance or paying top $ not limiting factors - I want it done right the first time.
