I have seen a few things in my news feeds about the proposed value of an AR 15 type rifle being bought by the Gov't.
I can't seem to locate an entire list however.
Does anyone have further information?

This may be what you're looking for, no prices though:

The AR15 buy back price seemed to have been released. The fact that it uses a well known gaming term 1337 ( LEET)....is either a huge coincidence, or the gamers / hackers are having a bit of fun.
Either way, for some, it seems that the figure is fairly low.
.99cents per pound... lol
Here's the proposed compensation amount for the 11 categories of prohibited firearms:

M14 Rifle: $2,612
Robinson Armament XCR rifle: $2,735
Ruger Mini-14 rifle: $1,407
SG-550 rifle and SG-551 carbine: $6,209

And the RCMP says the banning and buy back is a waste of money and will do nothing to stop criminals. The money would be better spent to stop criminals. But for Trudeau this is not about Crime it is about banning firearms. Alan Rock once said he wanted to ban all guns and it would be done over time. Death by a thousand cuts.
Hopefully very few turn theirs in.
I'd turn in.
Buy another. Heck if I'm in a shop could leave with 2.

How very true GW. I sure sure silly socks will have a tantrum after he sees very low amounts of legally bought and paid for nonrestricted firearms turned in to the ......... Just for sake of argument aren't firearms all ready banned to the general public unless the person has taken and passed the proper safety tests to own firearms. I'm sure all the thugs running the streets now have there concealed carry don't they?
