WOW!! If all proposals are adopted as written (which they usually are,public consultation being largely ignored) ,the lives and recreation of anglers,outfitters and resort owners in Zone 15 is about to change drastically,forever.
Ya, I don’t mind the brook trout regs, but the part of not being able to fish for native lake trout in lakes under 500 acres in the winter in stupid. Lot’s of really good trout lakes are under 500 hundred acres.
Yes WOW for sure! Some pretty serious changes.
Maybe I will have to change my retirement plans?
There are more wild Specks north of 15. I think it's a good plan to protect them in the south.

I changed my mind, don’t agree with the brook trout regs. There are lots of lakes in Algonquin that can support a 5 fish limit. Many of them only get fished a few times a year.
