Folks, anyone have any experience Releasing an arrow thru the screen window of a blind?
Had a nice doe last week at 7 yards, When I drew the bow she could literally hear me drawing, and caught movement and ran off, I was thinking if I had that screen shut she would never had caught that, Has anyone shot thru with a bow? did it change the flight path at all?

With a centerfire rifle, maybe...
With an arrow, definitely not. The friction of the broadhead passing through the material ( no matter how sharp) is going to be a huge factor in arrow flight.
Never done it as I either do tree stand or still-hunt but I've heard of it being done no problem (especially at such a short range and as long as your bow launches without fishtailing I would assume.) Certainly not with a mechanical broadhead.
I always shoot thru screen. Set up your target bag in front of blind shoot throw screen you’ll see no change

I've shot a target to test it out with a fixed blade broadhead
there's little difference in impact at 20 yards 40 yards is a different story
realistically at 6-7 yards your margin for error is basically nothing your better to let them get out a bit further before drawing (learned the lesson the hard way on that)
