Hunting/shooting from a boat results in big fines to some US hunters and their Red Lake guides.
An investigation that lasted almost two years has resulted in moose hunting violation convictions for six people and a lodge in Red Lake in northwestern Ontario.

The trouble I see with so many of these type of stories is the lack of details, aside from guilty pleas and fines. I suspect a few of these guys were sitting on the sidelines and their only crime was not reporting it? We don't know the details to really make any educated comment?Quote:

My understanding is that if a lodge that has outfitter tags is convicted of an offence they lose the tags for 1 or 2 years.Quote:
