I'm assuming you're talking about coyotes? You know they heard that you finally got your pal, and got out of Dodge real fast.

Yeah, tough job to spot one around here right now as well, lots of turkeys and geese but yotes seem to be scarce.
They could be holding up close to their den. Mating season was in December- January and not sure how long the she gestation period is before she drops them. If she's had her litter they could be hunting close to home. Just a thought....
Foxes usually come in season around first of January, coyotes around first of February. Gestation is approximately 59 days.
