WMU 30 & 31 Moose

So, our group has already committed to a moose hunt in late October.
Searching the forums for some information about that general area, I am not finding much posted at all, so I thought I should start a new thread and see if anyone chimes in...
Some of you might be familiar with the lodges near the top end of WMU 31, bordering on WMU 30, so please do share your past experiences and I will appreciate every bit.

Unit 30 took a big jump in tags this year. I hunt and trap in both units. Moose # were down last season in 31 we had a pile of snow last winter and I think it showed last fall in the moose herd.
Took out a few wolves this winter hopefully helps the moose in the area.
