Atherley Narrows perch run?

Would like to know if the perch are in at Atherley Narrows? Can you park now on the Couch side in the municipal park and is the launch free? Where’s the closest place to buy the tiny emerald shiners? Have three eager kids wanting to go. Haven’t been there for 20 years now. Thanks to any reports.

I was there in the fall, lots of construction near the launch but was still free parking/launch at that time.

Should be able to get bait at Tromblay's tackle. The lakeshore down town is all ripped up blocking off the lakeshore. There is a launch across from Tudehope Park on the Simcoe side.

Thanks for the info! Does anyone know if it’s worth going now, or should I wait another week? Anyone seeing boats out there yet?

This brings back memories must be thirty years since I've participated. I remember they had tokens "wooden nickels".
