Hunting/fishing

I’m not going to post in two different threads hence the title. Turkey hunting today was real quiet. Had one bird gobble from far away. Eventually things were quiet real fast, so decide to run and gun a bit and see if I could closed the distance. Well the turkey decided to circle me while I was trying to circle him and he was between me and my blind but I couldn’t see him. Things went quiet again and around 11 I decided to go fishing. As I’m leaving and driving away from my turkey spot3 birds are walking towards my blind lol the fishing Gods were good two me with 2 steel head and a nice brook trout that I have never caught in that river before. The funny thing is I had a nice Tom 20 steps away from where I was fishing just taunting me. All in all it was a good day out and will be doing the same tomorrow. That’s an awesome way to spend the day. Too bad I had to work. Nice steelhead.
