So brushing out Nova and found a lump. Of course has to be in the worst place. Inside hind leg just above the knee. Not large however just know as soon as he starts running in the wild going to be a problem. Trying to get him in for surgery ASAP only for the reason to give him as much healing time before work starts the 25th of Sept.

Hopefully nothing serious. My cocker is my lumpy dog. He seems to have one turn up somewhere every other year lol. Never anything serious, usually end up being cysts or lipomas. Some dogs are just prone to that stuff.
My 12 year old French Brittany Spaniel has lots of lumps. Must be a Spaniel thing.

Its never about the bird, thats the least of my concerns. To leave the lump where it is is just asking for problems later. Having to side line the dog while his mom has all the fun....well that's a talk I rather not have with him.Quote:
