To the guy who 'borrowed' my 3 tree steps hidden by the creek last gun season please return them at your earliest convenience.
Also, I removed your empty beer cans that you left as a gift for me.

some people suck
Brutal in so many ways!
LOL.
The loss of the tree steps is on me for leaving gear in public woods, its the garbage they leave in the woods that irritates me. Every time I go scouting I take a garbage bag for stuff I find, beer cans mostly but also old tarps, old cooking utensils, empty propane cans, plastic chairs, shot gun hulls, fertilizer and plant pots for grow ops (they get my special treatment).
I hear you friend, there is a two hundred acre Crown parcel that abuts my place and a hydro road that comes in, some yahoo dumps half his house contents right there by the road. Called MNR ten years ago to see if they could move it, its still there (still waiting for summer time student help).
Unfortunately this is the reality of what people are like these days, garbage is dumped out car windows, Mc Donald's wrappers very popular around here, along with abandoned shopping carts, now we have the specter of rented E scooters dumped all over the place.:scream:
There are circumstances where it legal to leave personal items, such as tree stands, on Crown lands. Unfortunately, many people believe that these items have been abandoned and, therefore free for the taking. Other people just don’t care and will take it anyway.
Littering is a pet peeve of mine and it irks me to no end how some people treat our beautiful country with so much disrespect.
So a drunk guy with a gun.
Sounds great just the area I want my son hunting.
Where did you come up with the "drunk guy"
I pickup empty beer cans along the public trail to my cottage all the time. Hikers, snowmobilers, ATV'er and I'm sure the odd hunter. Don't think I've ever come across anyone who I thought was drunk. But they all deserve a smack to the head for littering. There is a far cry from someone having a beer to being a "drunk guy" though.
