A buddy of mine is looking for Ultra Light Solo canoe 35 pounds or less so probably around the length of 113 - 14 ft.
We have both scoured the web for something in Ontario but have not had much luck. They seem available easily in the US.

A bit shorter, but only 20 pounds at 10 foot 6 inches.

H20 Pack series canoe. 13 foot 2 inches. In Carbon Fiber layup comes in at 22 lbs. If 35 lbs is the cap you go up to 16 foot 6 inches and come in at 30 lbs in the CF layup. I have an H2O Asymetrical Boundary at 17 feet 6 inches in CF layup and it tips the scales at 38 lbs and will payload 900+ lbs.

Be warned not cheap - like 4K and up. Would probs need to order now for spring delivery.
Thanks, I will send these to my buddy.
If he wants to save some money- keep an eye on Facebook marketplace and check with some of the outfitters around Algonquin or Killarney. They seem to sell off some of their rental stock every year
He is Cheap but not sure why he's retired and is contracting for the government making in 3 months what the average person makes in a year.
Not sure why he doesn't just go order something without looking, in fact I better get a flat of beer from him for doing all the looking.
