Only 7 years for a handgun violation!

A guy starts a ruckus on a public beach, then pulls out a handgun and starts firing it in the air and into the sand and shoots a guy in the hip. Plus he had prior handgun violations. Gets 7 years tacked on to a previous 3.5 year sentence.

iMO this is insulting to legal firearm owners who have been paying the price for the government’s over-bearing and misguided firearm regulations!

He was on parole for a previous conviction. In a normal world,he'd go back in for the duration plus the 7 tacked on. In this world however...........

Sounds like this guy has a bit of an anger management problem, hopefully he can box when he hits the bullpen.

LOL Yep,those good ol' boys will certainly fix up any anger management issues right quick.
