Salt curing salmon/bows

hey all been looking to try salt curing some rainbow trout and i can't seem to find any simple recipes that don't involve a smoker also..if any of you wonderful people would like to share a recipe for this i would be most grateful. thanks in advance i know ya'll will pull through :)

What are you looking for, a salt and brown sugar type cure? You can find cures without curing salt here. They are smoker recipes, but if you're just looking for a rub, check out the recipes
