Happy day today!!
Today was a little bit extra special for me. My taxidermist friend Matt from Blue Water Taxidermy had called me to tell me my buck from this past october was finished and ready to be picked up!Since my buck was only the second one brought into his shop when I dropped it off it was also the second one to be finished this year!
I like to get a mount done as closely as possible to how the animal was when I shot it and this one was going to be a little bit different then usual because he was doing a lip curl when my arrow hit him.I asked Matt if he could do it and he said no problem. I think he nailed it! The buck looks exactly how he did when I shot him and I couldn't be happier with him! Thanks again Matt for doing such and great job,he looks great hanging in my office!

Goose Smasher, do you mind if I ask the cost of getting your mount done? I sent mine in in Dec.
