The one in Lakefield by the mcdonalds? Nope it's gone :( stones towards apsley on hwy28 is good!!
Also the guy in Bridgenorth by the causeway has minnows as well........think he opens around 7;00 or so...
Bridgenorth sports is open a 6am on the weekend.
