A call to BC would be prudent however a BC one would be creds to get one here so I would imagine vica versa.
If you mean is your deer and small game license valid in other provinces then NO. Each province has it's own regualtions and they can vary greatly from province to province. What is legal here might be illegal there. Your PAL will be valid in any place in Canada and your Huntersafety is usually valid, most provinces (I think) will take anothere provinces Hunter safety course at par.
You should really check the Ministry's site for the Province you are interested in.
Your Migratory Bird is valid anywhere in Canada. However, you may want to check provincial regulations as some also require a provincial licence.
Other provinces and US states require every hunter to buy their license. The pre-requisite to buy a non-resident license is that,in order to do so,one most show proof of current and valid qualification from any other jurisdiction. That is where our licences come into play. The same also works for non-residents coming into Ontario.
I believe your asking: Is your "Hunter Safety Couse " Valid throughout the country?
YES!
You need to bring proof of passing the course, and you can purchase licences that are open to non-residents. Simply showing a recently purchased hunting licence from your home province, usually is proof that you have taken the "HUNTER SAFETY COURSE"
Not sure if the same goes for the Turkey Hunting Course - I don't think so!

It depends. If you're going on a trip you wont be required to re-test in another province. You will have to buy thje appropriate license for that province though.
If you're moving, you may have too re-test. Not sure about BC. I know if you move to Ontario from elsewhere you have to take the Ontario Hunter Education test here.
Thanks to all. It would be a non resident licence I will need.
As we are on the topic. I am flying to Edmonton next Wednesday to buy a house. I intend at that time to change my drivers licence as to have proof of living there for 6 months prior to the hunt next fall. That will make me a legal resident of Alberta. Do you think I will have to take another safety course?
