Time for a new pup !!

I'm looking for a female black lab pup that will be ready to go in the next couple of weeks. Ive come into some time off and the timing is perfect for a new dog. The hard part is trying to find a pup with such short notice but thats just how it is.
So if you know anybody who has a black female for sale with decent breeding can you let me know please.

Check the Canadian Hunting Dogs forum. A few litters posted on there that look sweet!

Ive been trying too but you cant view the puppy for sale section until you are a full member and that seems to be taking a while.
So i figure Id post here as well..

Gord all the breeding listed on CHD are also listed on RTF three very nice breedings localy. Ruth Beach at Jerryru has a very nice breeding that should be able to go home any time.

x2 for Black Dog's advice. You've got some tremendous breeders to pick from including 3 BD

Dave Thompson has a litter of black and yellows. I believe they are ready to go in 3 weeks or so. I think there are 2 black females available but will not be home for awhile and is training in Ga.Nice breeding as well.

Ruth's and Al's are all sold.Irene and Ron only had 2 males left but they may be gone as well. This must be the year for puppies or it is a sign that economy has picked up. A while back people weren't breeding cause there was just no market.

I tried Ruth first Chris, hoping for another wild black pig but they are all sold. I PMd Krakadawn for more info.

As Chris mentioned, try the Retriever Training Forum too if you don't mind crossing the border to get a pup. I drove down to Ohio to get my choc boy and couldn't be happier!
