Will try it out tonight. Coffee does seem strange to me.

Tried it tonight on a tougher cut. It was surprisingly good. I will definitely be using it again. For anyone that tries it id recommend doing as I did and straining out the coffee grinds before thickening.

I like my meat just plain, maybe salt and pepper. Best way to do it!

I tried it as well, would leave out the liquid smoke next time but good
