For ease of use you can't get much easier than a Bradley, pretty much set and forget. But, it is pretty limited to using their wood biscuits.
Don't forget a good digital probe thermometer, that is probably more important than what type of smoker you decide on. You always smoke to temp, not time. I've got a dual probe maverick, it has a remote transmitter and works awesome to monitor smoker and food temps independently from inside the house.
I love my new bradley. Canadian Tire puts them on sale very often for $100.00 bucks off so check then out. I got the digital one, very easy to control heat, and you set timers etc.
Keep in mind that with a Bradley you have to use their pucks which i understand are very expensive and that the smoker eats a lot of them for one smoke...there used to be a link on here for smoker comparisons but i'm sure you can google that.
I have a masterbuilt electric, it works well but have changed a few things. I almost bought a bradley but have not heard good things, they are under powered so they wont get up to temp in cold weather, and prone to break. I have never owned one so cant say for sure. I also agree with the maverick temp probe as being the most important piece of equipment.
Have one for 2 years. No complains and it sits outside year round.
I like my komado.. Use it year round.. Anywhere from 225-700... Have mad pulled pork,ribs,brisket,pizza,cookies,steak,burger,cornb read,hotdogs,sausages,cake,brownies,abt,chops,meat loaf... I'm sure.a lot more than that too... IMHO a Bradley or an electric/propane smoker is not a smoker.. If it doesn't use wood/charcoal the end product is not as good. Also.. Being only limited to only smoking kinda sucks... A komado takes a little more learning.. But once you figured out how to use it, its easier.than a gas grill. I have a brand new gas grill.. Haven't pulled the cover off this year.
Only rarely use it in winter. Don't usually smoke them that hot so I'm not sure if it will go that high.
I have a weber smokey mountain charcoal smoker and love it. I dont have any experience with other smokers but have no complaints with the one i have.
