Finally some antlers

This guy has been showing up regularly, not the stud we caught a glimpse of last year but at least its a buck. Funny this guy only shows up with the big doe thats in the other video, never by himself. Guy must have missed out on the brow tine gene too. Just can't wait to get out there, this 30 degree weather better get out of here quick.

Oh yah he is definitely going to get another year or two. Hopefully the neighbours don't get him first!

Well after careful consideration, I have come to the conclusion that I saw this buck last year. I am confident he is 18 months old, and will be a stud in a couple of years. Watched a doe and 2 fawns work this same trail like clockwork all last season, and he has been following around 2 does since I put the camera out in July, not once have I got him on camera alone or with other bucks. Skinny face, antlers are much smaller now that he has shed his velvet, narrow chest, long legs. Makes me that much happier I didn't shoot any of those 3 as I now can see first hand what a year can do for a deer. It sure is addicting to watch them "grow up". I have more recent videos of him and the does, but computer crashed so I'll try to load them when I pull the card next.
