I'm seeing more and more of these 'skins'..usually Hunting/Deer scene.....but this one is more to my liking :)

I guess the correct term is 'Wraps'...there are a few places on the net...the prices seem to be $100+

You Could probably have a custom one made of your hunting dog at a local vinyl place.
