Good Company!

Won another all expenses paid work trip to Ottawa for the week, after many delayed and canceled flights I arrived last Sunday, unfortunately, my luggage did not.

I had made plans ahead of time to meet up with another GHB staffer who invited me to have dinner with him and his lovely family, and I was treated to a Goose and venison sausage BBQ with all the fixins, stuffed our faces, played with decoys, turkey calls, and of course flung arrows in his indoor range.

Then last night I was able to meet up with fellow forum member Impact, we did our part to put a dent in the local chicken wing inventory and ensured we were helping keep the kegs fresh, was certainly a welcomed change of pace from hours of paperwork back in the hotel room, thank you sir for taking the time to meet up, I really enjoyed it.

Off to Montreal and Quebec City for the next couple of days, and then home for a few!

If you ever get the chance to spend some time with Impact, you won't regret it, thanks again!

It was really nice meeting and chatting with you as well TR. Your passion for the outdoors equals and somewhat surpasses mine in regards to waterfowl hunting and I was inspired by your enthusiasm. The drinks were good and the wings hot not unlike the waitress that was all over you the entire evening. Sorry but could not help but notice....lol
I have met quite a few members here on the forum and it has always been a very pleasant experience.
Perhaps someday you can bring some hardware down and we will hit the fields or simply go fishing.
Take care in your travels and happy you were not that person in Renfrew by the same name.....lol
