Ya.....lets stop 'strongly enforcing' drunk driving laws, incompetent drivers, street gangs, sex trade, domestic violence, drug abuse, general crime prevention, bicycle safety (which kills or injures hundreds every year), j-walkers (250 struck in Toronto annually)..........so that we can focus on some idiot that shoots his toe off.....because hunter's shooting their toe's off is such a huge problem in this country.
