We have a friend that as Iput it "looked like she fell face first into a tacklebox". She had earlode stretchers, Suds in her face. Her neck is completely tatted right to her chin. She had 3 or 4 rows of barbells going through the shin on the top of her boobs...tatts all on her arms and tatts on her legs that she did herself (She is an amazing artist and was a tattoo artist). She had considered getting a tongue bifurcation. My understanding is she used to be heavy into drugs (not that there is necessarily a link to tatts and drugs) and all of this was done before she had her son.
Since she had her son she cleaned up on the drugs, her longtime boyfriend quit drugs and drinking. She has removed the barbells from here boobs and some of her face piercings.
Their plan is to open a Tattoo Parlour and gradually they are turning their basement into one, but it will be fully inspected and above-board.
But until that day she is a stay-at-home mom, and knits, selling her knitted goods on Etsy and thru word of mouth. She is a bit of an enigma. She often asks my wife for advice calling my wife (no tatts and only the basic ear piercing) her only "normal" friend. LOL. She kills me when she tells us how she sits in the church closet knbitting while her son is at Cubs, or how she was at Tim Horton's and an elderly lady saw past her appearance and invited her to her knitting club.
It would be tough to eat a bowl of soup, no?

^^that was how the other freak split his tongue. He has the nose access ports as well.
