out with dogs. Not too hot , no bugs , and spring flowers everywhere.
With no leaves on the tress yet , bird watching is great. Saw a male red- bellied woodpecker in full color ( beautiful), a juvenile bald headed eagle and an osprey. Should have had Rodbender with me. Wonderful day. :)
We just back from training in Virginia, weather was beautiful but the TICKS - holy cow, never seen so many. I noticed a tick on one of the dogs and another owner pulled out this neat little tool, called it a tick key, works like a charm you just slide it over the tick and pull. We all ended up with ticks on us too:

You can buy them at Lee Valley. Hand tool to have got one in my wallet and dog vest.
