Not in Ontario !
Pretty sure it's under the FWCA, in which case it would be a Canadian reg.
Short answer, no.
There are lots of places that I've had to point this out to. ( I have also obtained a few mounts this way, as the persons didn't know, and were grateful for the heads up).
The only way you can do it is to donate the mount, and charge a shipping and handling fee. ( which is not subject to the reg)

thy auctioned all of ellis taxidermy when he died ,thy had the sale in Brantford the guys from triggers and bows held the sale ,most stuff was from other countrys ,like leopards polarbears and all kinds of stuff .He had the gun shop in simcoe Ontario ,,so some stuff can be sold ,,Dutch
