If you applied this year and were not successful inthe draw you will be number one next year if you applied last year and did not draw then you would have been number one this year but you hav to apply every year or you go back to number two
Yes,except for the hunter that had the tag. He/she goes into Pool2 for next years draw. Everyone else stays in Pool 1.Quote:
