Flintlock question

I recently came into possession of a .50 cal Flintlock Lyman trade rifle. The only problem is, I already have one. So, to those of you on these forums who are already elbow deep in flintlock knowledge (and I know you're out there), is there any manufacturer or distributor that anyone is aware of that produces a .32 cal conversion kit for the .50 cal Lyman trade rifle? I see little use for two of the same, but a .32 cal would see a ton of shooting by me.

I've tried the usual suspects, (Dixie, TotW, October Country), and found nothing. Admittedly, I'd rather ask before wasting time searching in vain so I may have zipped past what I'm looking for.

Have you tried asking for info on the GunNutz forum?

I can't help you with what your looking for, but if you come across a Lyman flinter in a .45 cal, I'd appreciate it if you let me know.

Check some of the barrel makers in the states. I think Green Mountain used to sell replacement barrels. Might be expensive, but you could get one made for you by a gunsmith if you can get a .32 blank of the right width across the flats.
