Killed one and hit another behind it in the stomach on top of it, what the heck is with people?

If you pay and stand inside the fence....then it's OK......game farm/zoo....tomato/tomato... :)

I read on another site it was two Elk that were shot.

Europeans call moose elk.

well, one of the reasons why you verify your shots, but most importantly you know where the hell you are in the first place.

and elk is called wapiti

Its possible that if he was elevated and the moose were also elevated on a rise behind the fence, that the fence itself would not be visible to him as it would be behind a hill.

Or hidden behind brush. Fence on the edge of the zoo area with a hedge row between the hunter and the fence.
